They seem to always have what you need for your babies, and during this tough shipment ordeal we're going through. I like their program to purchase 12 bags of dog food, and get one free. Especially since my dogs can only seem to tolerate the food I can get there.

The manager is super nice. Comes out to help her staff when it gets busy. One day she spent half an hour explaining some of the products to me so I could get the right one for my dog.

I love this store! Although everything is fairly pricey, it's the only place we've found locally that sells quality pet food. They usually have a pretty large selection of stuff that other pet stores in the area don't carry. They also have a decent selection of animals depending on the day.

They carry reliable and quality brands! Everything is a fair price, and there is always free popcorn! The workers are very nice and helpful, and can help you figure out the best brands or harnesses or food for your pup or animal! Would totally recommend coming here!

This is our preferred pet store in Anchorage. The customer service is unmatched and the quality of products is well researched and thoughtfully selected by the owner. The prices are better than online prices for the same product plus you get points for shopping when you’re a “Top Dog” customer. They have a great return policy as well. I highly recommend.

Just moved towards Eagle River, had to find a new source of crickets for my girl Sephira. So Sephira and I headed to PetZoo as it’s a local store, and as the two beautiful woman behind the counter and I was looking at her shedding, they noticed her femoral glands were terribly infected. I never knew, they explained to me how to get the plugs out and care. Thank you so very much for the education and help. PetZoo is our new store. I did get all the plugs out, Sephira is still mad at me but we have some delish crickets for a treat.

Full supply of food, treats bedding and all the accessories you could need for a typical pet, from puppies and kittens to hamsters, rabbits, chickens horses and more. Friendly staff, good selection which is well stocked, plenty of parking and of course pet friendly.

Great selection of dog food that has quality ingredients. Look for foods that use animal protein sources and not a bunch of peas and lentils. Dogs don't process plant proteins the way humans do.
